The house has beautiful views of the Rila mountains from the front and hills / woodland to the rear. The close town of Samokov has many very good places to eat and is easily accessible in 15 minutes. Built on 2 storeys there are 3 berooms upstairs, one with en-suite and a further shower room / toliet .
The ensuite has a double bed and the other 2 rooms are double and twin bed. There is a lounge area with sofa and DVD player plus television. Satellite TV is installed and this is alos available on a second television downstairs. There is a balcony at the South facing front of the house.
